The Center for Healing & Wellness, a non-profit agency, works with seniors and their family caregivers to provide support for healthy aging in body, mind & spirit. 

We provide direct support services to seniors wishing to remain independent and include: 

  • Social Work Services
  • Volunteers for home visits 
  • Individual and group workshops that address health and wellness concerns - Matter of Balance, Chronic Disease Self-Mgmt., Diabetes Self-Mgmt. and Healthy Moves
  • Tai Chi classes
  • Podiatry Clinic
  • Equipment Loans

We provide supportive services to caregivers that address their own unique needs and include:

Public health provides services in the cities of Bloomington, Edina and Richfield. The goal is to promote and improve the health of all in the community. Nurses provided individual health education and support at home visits or community sites. Presentations on Dementia Friends, Aging Eye Initiative and Aging Well are available. Community engagement and collaborative efforts drive our work.
